Our newly signed contract is for a municipal building in Kamienna Gora. This realisation can be expressed in a few figures:
🔹24 flats,
🔹no more than 1,600 m2 of floor space,
🔹3 storeys above ground + 1 underground,
🔹10 garages.
What is very important, however, is that the new building will meet higher thermal insulation standards and will also be equipped with photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. This means a reduction in heating expenses, making the new flats low-cost not only for the residents, but also for the municipality.
On 10.10.203r we take over the construction site at 10 Ściegiennego Street in Kamienna Góra and begin design work. The completion date for the investment is 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
